iScanBrowser represents a noteworthy advancement as the first customizable web browser that harnesses WebForm Rules (WFR) technology, simplifying the integration of Barcode and NFC Readers with web applications and online pages.

A key feature of iScanBrowser is its ability to eliminate tap-to-focus user errors, a common issue with devices connecting to iOS in Keyboard mode. The process of manually tapping into each input field can hinder efficiency and lead to mistakes. By employing WFR technology, iScanBrowser effectively mitigates these user errors.

This browser empowers users to seamlessly post data into virtually any field across web pages, including custom web applications, without the need for tapping. Users can easily configure rules to direct data to the appropriate target locations. By simply connecting a scanning device and capturing data—whether it’s a card swipe, barcode scan, or RFID tag scan—the information is reliably posted to the specified field every time.

Additionally, iScanBrowser provides compatibility with BlueSnap M6A wireless RS-232 dongles, enabling legacy RS-232 hardware such as NFC/RFID readers, barcode scanners, scales, and sensors to function with custom web applications.

The full-screen Kiosk mode enhances user experience by maximizing visibility while also keeping users focused by concealing browser controls and preventing unauthorized URL entries.

iScanBrowser offers features such as reading and writing NDEF data using idChamp RS4, as well as accessing URLs contained on RFID-NFC tags in NDEF format. It supports an extensive array of cards including HID Corporate 1000, Elite, iClass Seos, Prox, and many more, facilitating diverse functionality.

Functionality also extends to NFC and BLE credentials through the idChamp RS4. Users can measure distances with devices like the Leica Disto E7100i or E7500i and simulate keyboard entries for measurement data across compatible applications. A rounding feature simplifies the process by allowing measurements to be presented in rounded formats such as fractions of feet or meters.

iScanBrowser stands out with its broad support for various brands of barcode and RFID readers compared to other products. Supported devices include Scanfob® UHF/NFC/Barcode readers, idChamp® NF4x and RS3x models, alongside numerous Bluetooth Smart (BLE) and Made for iOS (MFi) devices like those from the Socket CHS family and CAEN qID family.

Additional features of iScanBrowser include:
